When you sign in to obtain a Gift Pass, we collect only the information associated with the sign-in method you choose: your name and your email address. This information may be provided through Google sign-in or email-based sign-in.

We do not collect your phone number, mailing address, or payment information as part of the Gift Pass program.

The QR code associated with your Gift Pass does not contain your name, email address, or other directly identifiable personal information. It is used only to identify and validate the Gift Pass.

We use the information collected through the Gift Pass program for the following purposes.

Gift Pass administration. To issue, verify, and redeem Gift Passes and to help ensure that each eligible participant receives no more than one complimentary gift.

Marketing communications. With your consent, to send you marketing emails regarding products, promotions, special offers, news, and events from Kiss Beauty Group and its participating brands, including KISS and IVY Beauty, and their respective websites, kissusa.com and ivyusa.com.

By selecting “I agree” and continuing with the sign-in process, you consent to receive marketing emails at the email address associated with your sign-in.

Receiving or keeping your complimentary gift is not conditioned on remaining subscribed to marketing communications.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time, including immediately after receiving or redeeming your Gift Pass, without affecting your eligibility for or ownership of the gift.

You may stop receiving marketing emails at any time by using the “Unsubscribe” link included in our marketing emails.

You may also contact us at help@kissusa.com to request that we stop sending you marketing communications or to request deletion of personal information collected through this program, subject to any information we are required or permitted to retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or recordkeeping purposes.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Your information may be accessed within Kiss Beauty Group and by service providers acting on our behalf when necessary to operate the Gift Pass program, manage email communications, maintain our systems, or provide related services.

Such service providers are authorized to process personal information only as necessary to provide services to us and are expected to protect that information appropriately.

We retain your name and email address for marketing purposes until you unsubscribe, withdraw your consent, request deletion, or until the information is no longer reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, subject to applicable legal and recordkeeping requirements.

Separate records relating to Gift Pass issuance and redemption may be retained as reasonably necessary for festival administration, accounting, fraud prevention, auditing, and internal recordkeeping. These records will not be used to continue sending marketing communications after you have unsubscribed.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information collected through the Gift Pass program against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or misuse.

We may update this Policy when necessary to reflect changes to the Gift Pass program, our practices, or applicable requirements.

If we make changes, the revised version will be posted with an updated “Last updated” date.
